Review of the Fiona Fold Over Wallet by Clobird Designs

I was looking for a wallet that was quick to sew but also functional. Something simpler and less complex than the NCW by Emmaline bags. This lead me to the Fiona Fold Over Wallet. It immediately stood out to me as very stylish looking, but not over complicated in its approach. I found the pattern easy to follow, and there is plenty of pictures. 5 Top Tips for Sewing with Wrap Scrap

Sewing with Wrap Scrap can be a bit of a challenge at times, but don’t let that stop you from creating! Here are some top tips that I find help when making bags and other wrap scrap items. 1. Preshrink your wrap fabric. Wrap fabric in most blends (cotton, linen, silk etc) will all shrink with the first wash. This will help as the weave will become more denser and might fray a bit less. It also means that it wont shrink (if it needs to washed) once your project is made. 2. Use interfacing.
